If you are just wanting some guidance, direction and ideas, we can provide you with a consultation. During your consultation, we answer questions you may have, engage in in-depth discussion of ideas and design solutions for your space, suggest products and resources that are accessible to the public, and prepare you with realistic expectations for what you’ll encounter while tackling your project.
Design Services
If you’re looking for someone to manage your project, we offer a comprehensive range of design services. You can expect design creation, detailed blueprints, realistic graphics to help you visualize the solution, product specifications, purchasing and implementation. And you don’t have to have a massive home addition. We love being creative. We tackle selecting and installing new furniture, window treatments, and décor as well as construction projects. .You may just want to add a one of a kind customized finish to your space. We’ve been creating luxurious paint finishes such as Venetian plasters, liquid metal applications, glazing, leafing, and unique combinations of mediums for almost 25 years.
Turn-key Construction and Project Management
We specialize in turn-key construction and project management. We offer a comprehensive solution that encompasses all construction services, including the management and coordination of any necessary subcontractors, like plumbers and electricians, as well as procurement and installation of all materials required to complete your project. We take pride in our ability to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise, allowing you to simply write a check and leave the rest to us.
Our Design Process
1. Initial Kickoff
We will meet with you at the site and thoroughly discuss the scope of your project—preferences, design ideas, what’s working/what’s not, problem points, expectations, budget, timeframes--ensuring that all aspects are meticulously documented and understood.
2. Design Proposal
We will prepare a detailed proposal for the design phase, incorporating your specific requirements and preferences. We will detail what deliverables you can expect to receive at each phase of the design process and provide you with an estimated budget amount and timeframe.
3. Design
Following your approval, we create the design deliverables as documented in the Design Agreement.
4. Construction Proposal
Your project is a big investment. It’s an investment of finances and time. We also want you to enjoy the process and who you’re working with. We’re going to be spending a lot of time together. Once we’ve completed the design process and laid out costs for your project, you own the design and documentation. So, you can proceed however you like. You may already have a contractor that you’ve worked with in the past or want to get some other construction estimates for comparison. We can consult with your contractor to communicate our design, manage all purchases and timelines for the project or act as your general contractor and take full responsibility for the construction phase. Whatever you decide, at this phase of your project we will create a new agreement to outline the timeline and deliverables for the actual construction phase.
5. Construction Phase
Following your approval, we will carry out the construction phase deliverables as documented in the Construction Agreement managing the timeline, budget and coordination of labor
